himchi: This picture is of two girls doing the same thing as most of us: teaching in Korea, after some fun, enjoying vacation time with the kids away from school.  Cathy is on the left and Kari on the right in yellow shades. They went to Vietnam on holiday last week and both took ill over the weekend. They were then admitted to hospital. Kari died on Sunday, unable to breathe.  Cathy recovered for a short time and sadly passed away yesterday.  Neither of them had insurance.  Their families are frantically trying to get their girls home.  The costs will exceed $10,000. The illness has yet to be identified. Girls of tumblr - please, please try to help.  Donation funds have been set up to bring Cathy and Kari home.
